•Intestinal Injury
•It mainly occurs in any part of the
colon (cecum, sigmoid colon, rectum, etc..)
•Once across the intestinal
epithelium layer penetrates the muscularis mucosae.
•The resulting inflammatory response
produce nodules
progress to ulcers.
